I’ve taken the time to write you this thank you letter to let your company know I am very pleased with my new fireplace mantel and overmantel. The drawing that you provided us with was definitely useful in envisioning the look of our new mantelpiece, which made us feel very comfortable choosing your company for the job. Your installers, who did a terrific job by the way, cleaned thoroughly after they completed the job, which put me at ease. As for the fireplace design, I am very pleased with it. It is grand and ornate, but does not overpower my living room, just as I hoped it would be. Take care.
